How long is your right of return valid?

Our returns policy is 14 days from the delivery date of your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, we do make exceptions in special cases. Please contact us at kontakt@benxtv.de.

What if I have received the wrong size?

If the size you have received does not fit, first check that the size indicated on the garment matches the size information in our size chart. A deviation of 1-2 inches is normal for the sizes. If the garment has been mislabeled, please let us know and we will take care of it. Please contact us at kontakt@benxtv.de.

 


 

Exchange

What if I want to exchange my order?

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You would have to place a new order to get a different item or a different size.


Refunds

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, the refund will be made automatically via your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

What should I do if I do not receive a refund?

If you have not received your refund, please check:

  1. Your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. It often takes a while for refunds to be processed.
