When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 2 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated:
- Europe: 6 - 8 working days
- USA: 3 - 4 working days
- Australia: 2 - 14 working days
- Japan: 4 - 8 working days
- International: 10 - 20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that processes orders worldwide. Depending on where you are located, your order will be shipped from the facility that works most efficiently.
Do I have to expect customs duties?
International orders may be subject to an additional duty and tax charge. This fee is determined by the local customs office and is beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office to determine if charges will be applied to your purchases.
My order is overdue. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please check the following:
- Correctness of the delivery address in the shipping confirmation.
- Whether the parcel is ready at the local post office.
- Ask your neighbors if the courier left the parcel there.
If everything is correct and you have still not received the package, please contact us at kontakt@benxtv.de with your order number.
If there is an error in the delivery address, we can send a replacement order. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper that has locations worldwide. Depending on your location, the order will be processed by the nearest facility.
How can I track my order?
After shipment you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. If you have any questions about tracking or your order, please contact us at kontakt@benxtv.de.
What do I do if the product is wrong or damaged?
We are sorry if your product has been delivered damaged or incorrectly. Please send us an email within one week of receipt with photos of the item, your order number and other details to kontakt@benxtv.de. We will take care of a solution.
